제1조(목적) 이 법은 adolescent(청소년)에게 유해한 매체물과 약물 등이 adolescent(청소년)에게 유통되는 것과 adolescent(청소년)이 유해한 업소에 출입하는 것 등을 규제하고 adolescent(청소년)을 유해한 environment으로부터 보호·구제함으로써 adolescent(청소년)이 건전한 인격체로 성장할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다.
